help with sony 7 effect?

sorry, i posted before if i can make an effect on adobe premiere elments but it was for a friend. now he's suggesting sony might be easier to get the effect/transisitoon.

he needs to know if there's a way to make an effect where the clip sort of burns like paper and goes to the next clip. sort of disinergrate? i'm not sure, i don't use sony.

is there an effect/transisiton like this already in sony?

you're probably wondering why i'm doing this and not him...well he's very new at amv's and doesn't exactly have the courage to get an account here. he resides in you-tube until he gets better. -___-;;

I think that may be one of those transitions that you probably have to download off a website >.>

Go to this page and take a look at the fifth item down in the first column - where it says "A fire-like multicolor border effect..."

Costs $$$, but not all that much.
