Well, I disliked the video.
For starters; horrible quality (though it did not hurt my eyes). But that in itself isn't the most important part so lets talk about the other aspects:
you had a lot of orphan frames, and there was even a disturbing logo at the Kingdom hearts clips. I dont recally any DivX logos though, so that is good.
The subtitles annoyed the hell out of me. Find footage without it, because it looks so much better without it.
You reused a couple of clips, and that is never good unless it has a purpose (which it didn't appear to have at all).
Also, I wasn't too fond of your editing in this.
And either, there was A LOT of lip flap, or the atempted lip synch failed :/
What I think you should improve on, is generally having a good synching foundation. Maybe try another song? This was very fast paced and all. *shrugs* Dunno, really.
All I know is; I did not enjoy it, and I did not really see any good synching process either.
