By technical I mean those too long scenes I mentioned. I'll give it an example. At scene 00:07 - 00:13 you could make some change at 00:10. You didn't cut it, yet the scene wasn't really worth keeping for next 3 seconds. I'm not saying cutting was the only option here, I think even fading to black from 00:10-00:13 would make this scene more fluent. Also I'm not saying you completely fail the synch in this amv - I just find the it too slow :]
