It's that time of year again! Here's the AMV agenda:

Thursday, 4/19
8PM: AMV Editor's Dinner @ the Chilis in Copley Place. Info/RSVP thread is here.

Friday, 4/20
3PM: AMV101: Do's, Don'ts, Demonstrations in Panel 302. Myself, BasharoftheAges, Kiarrens, Al and Songbird21 return for a two-hour panel chock-full of AMV-making goodness. We'll be premiering new stuff, plus bringing up special guests at random and having a contest or two.

9PM(?): AMV Contest First Screening in Main Events (? because it's supposedly a 3-hour block but the contest is only two hours, so no clue when it actually begins)

Saturday, 4/21
2:15AM(?): AMV Overflow Part 1 (? because god willing they change it to a respectable hour)

9-9:30AM: AMVer Morning Coffee Grab @ the Starbucks in the Sheraton lobby (or at the Dunkin Donuts in the Pru)

10AM(?): AMV Contest Second Screening in Main Events (see above) - will we have another early-morning coffee gathering? Sadly I'll have to duck out halfway through this screening to run my Student's Guide to Tokyo panel.

7PM: Masquerade in Main Events. Come with your DS to mock people in Pictochat, stay for the AMV Contest winner announcements.

Sunday, 4/22
2:15AM(?): AMV Overflow Part 2 (see above)

11AM: AMV Contest Wrapup in Panel 302

So, who's coming this year?

I'm going. Not that I post very often here,(Shy, and not very good with computers) but I "Lurk" around a lot. I should get there around noon Friday (Because I don't want to get up at 5 AM to catch the really early bus.)

It's at Starbucks for the following reasons:

1. It's right in the Sheraton lobby, which means we don't have to hike all the way to the DD
2. It costs just about the same when you consider the mall-markup at the DD
3. Nice comfy chairs for us to sit and chat
4. We did it there last year, tradition > all

you also don't have to buy stuff there... if you really want to buy stuff at dunks and bring it there or whatever it really doesn't matter. The large and relaxed seating area is what we care about.
