How do collaborations work?

Post by aniteh » Sat Apr 07, 2007 12:15 pm

My method was that I would create a rough draft of the AMV, send it to my collaborator and he would do some editing, send it back to me, and then we go back and forth like that, but our concern is that the quality diminishes this way. So I want to know what is the best method of collaborating?

1. asign "parts" of the song...

2. use the same program/source files and just pass the project file back and forth

Let's say we use WMM, doesn't the quality of the video diminish with every edit/publish?

Not if you're only passing the project file (what's the extension, .MSWMM?), as JaddziaDax said.

I see, I didn't consider that. :? Maybe that was what my collaborator insisted, and i just didn't know what he meant.

Thanks for both your assistance.
