You must not be mild or meek

One free op i will give away

but first you must stay and play

So for this op that's free,

You must answer me these questions three.

#1 Please re arrange these latters to form the phrase.

#2 What English word is nine letters long, remains a word when a letter is removed right down to the final letter.

#3 Logic Puzzle. List of premises Find the conclusion.

1.Animals are always mortally offended if I fail to notice them;
2.The only animals that belong to me are in the field;
3.No animal can guess a conundrum, unless it has been properly trained in a Board-School;
4.None of the animals in the field are badgers;
5.When an animal is mortally offended, it always rushes about wildly and howls;
6.I never notice any animal, unless it belongs to me;
7.No animal, that has been properly trained in a Board-School, ever rushes about wildly and howls.

2. Remove the l, starting, remove the t, staring, remove the a, string, sting, sing, sin, in, I.
3. No animal can guess a conundrum if it hasn't been properly trained, no properly trained animal rushes around howling, offended animals do rush around and howl, they are offended if I do not notice them, I do not notice animals that belong to me, and the animals that belong to me are in the field YET none of the animals in the field are badgers. Therefore the animals rushing around and howling have been offended, and since the only specifically excluded animals are badgers, they are the only ones who've not been properly trained (see: rushing and howling) and therefore cannot guess conundrums.
