Top 10% Changes

In an attempt to change up the Top 10% page a little, the default view is now for videos made within the last year. You can change it to the previous view by clicking on "All Years" in the upper left. The huge members menu has been changed to an abbreviated main menu to make the filtering options easier to access.
Scores in this view go all the way down to the sixes, so I guess that means make (and op) more videos!
Let me know if you see any problems. (meaning bugs)

PS: I added sorting options to the Journal Buddies page.

I appreciate all this hard work, but gah! You killed my only way of keep tracking of editors I like who never announce anything. I'd add them to my journal buddies, regardless if they've ever made a journal entry.
