Hmm, there seems to be some bad cuts, namely in the beginning where you can see some phantom frames either before or after a cut you've made. Also why is the audio from the film present in the video? It's not like it's adding anything to the video since you can almost NOT hear it, but it's there. As for the action, you seem to let the fights play on, though you do manage to match the flow of the song at some points, but overall it seems lazy.

It felt like you weren't focusing on every god damn beat with effects, and other meaningless manipulation of footage.

The flow is outstanding.. and you hit important elements in the right places for the audio. Cuts are nice and fades in certain areas, but I guess it did feel slightly lazy, but the mood is set, the sych is there where it matters and the visual quality is nice and clean. You have some single frames that fucked up the mood.. should of been more careful and double checked on certain things. At frame 1029 there is a single frame that shouldn't be there at all and made the transition feel a bit weird. I don't know if you were trying to match a beat or something there. If you were, you missed it, and even if you hit it dead on.. just a normal transition would of been better IMO.
