I downloaded a video from an indirect link (instead of local. Because often times I had difficulties finishing downloads off local) and just wanted to leave an opinion. But the site doesn't allow me. So now I have to redownload from local just to op. This degrades me.
My suggestion is, if a video has in/direct links in it then allow everyone to submit opinions regardless they got it from local or not.

I believe firefox will allow you to resume downloads, though I'm not entirely sure if it'd work for the org.

Of course, you don't even have to have gotten a video from ANY of its links on this site in order to have seen it. There ARE such things as conventions, giving out CDs full of AMVs, swapping among friends, file-sharing utilities, etc. ... and some people who have seen videos through those channels don't want to have to download them all over again just to leave an opinion. Need I reiterate that some people around here are still on dial-up?
