Yeah, I was wondering about this too. Because I too was getting a bit tired/annoyed with doing banners with this one and wanted to see a new logo. 0.o (I also had an idea for a logo to enter. . .but it more involved anime than film.)

Well, if they have the contest, I was planning on it. (because if I can get it to come out right, it'll look cool.) That comment was just in conjunction with Ari and Minion's film logo comments.

Wasn't this years VCAs basically thrown together at the last minute and actually in risk of not happening at all? I wouldn't count on a logo contest under some mod or admin really cares about doing it and I suspect the lack of response tells you how much they care about doing it.

Or the lack of response could tell you that their lives don't center around the logo contest. No one needs a response ASAP, just wait a bit. No one will die from lack of updated logo.

We got the VCAs, constant updates to the site, constant problems with bans and various drama, I think we could just be patient and wait for if and when there IS a contest.
