Bug during star rating

Hello
(excuse my pathetic English, I am going to try to do my best for explain)

The title of the AMV is too long, that empeche me to put a rating star, see the image below, how to resolve this bug, please?

A workaround for the moment is to give the star rating on your My Downloads page.

Shouldn't there be some sort of title limit so future vids won't STRETCH out that much in the future? It's unnecessary to even have titles that long.

I assume the underscore is preventing text wrapping. How about disabling underscores in titles? Or possibly limiting "white space"-less strings to a set length?
