Once it has been determined that all of the above rules have been complied with, the ad will be approved and go into the judging phase. The judging will be open to all members of this site. Members may vote the logo to be "worthy" or "unworthy". Once 151 votes have been collected for a logo, logos with 91 or more "worthy" votes determine the logo's worthiness. Worthy banner ads may be used by anyone to link to this site.
i believe "logo" should be "banner"

# At a minimum, the logo "AMV" oval must be readable.
also, we don't use the oval logo anymore
