Using Intro's in an AMV

Personally I'm getting pretty sick of the schoolgirls dancing that comes from an intro. I think it's Haruhi although not having seen the anime I could be wrong. Using intros is fine but keep in mind there's a line between 'oh that'd be perfect for my AMV' and 'unoriginal bastard using the exact same scene that every other video to this source does'.
