messed up headlines

At the "Delete Video" page, the headlines for the granted deletions and the denied deletions are interchanged.

It's nothing really serious, so no need to bug someone via email. I'm sure someone responsible will read this. It's only a bit strange to read all vids that got granted for deletion under: "Deletion Requests Denied:", while under "Deletion Requests Granted:" is written:"You have no denied deletion requests." While it can be fixed easy there is no need to do it quick.

The way it worked was, if only the file is deleted, the request counted as denied, since the request page is referring to the video entry, not the file. I changed how the result appears for future requests.
