Animated Banners....

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 and I really want to know how you make animated banners on it (or if it is even possible

Didn't your photoshop come with it? Mine did. o.o hm.
Either way, Imageready is used to make the animated stuff.

If 5.0 works anything like 2.0, you need to make a seperate layer for each differnt frame in the animation and past them in the order you want them to play on top of the original pic. Then save for web... GIF and choose animate check box.

If it's different... then I don't know.
