im looking for an anime that has something along the lines of the sky "opening" up then an angel or somebody descends from the sky
i would really appreciate any help just give the name and episode

The best anime series I can think of is Ah! My Goddess (TV SERIES) and Oh! My Goddess (OVA).

The DBZ mentioned is the 10th movie. Not an episode. Title Broly: Second Coming in the US.
