Personally, I'd recommend http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/ ... setup.html first. Project and export resolution should both match the source; in this case, if your project resolution is 720x480 and you export at 1680x1050, that means Premiere had to resize the clip twice, which isn't good or necessary.
