It is from the series "Neo Ranga". I never heard of it before, but it is actually a very good series. If you liked Evangelion or Rahxephon, you'll probably like it. Although, don't expect to see anything quite like that in the actual show.

Yeah i was actually thinking about buying the whole dvd series to that anime "neo ranga" but i did'nt know anything about the series, so i got "excel saga" instead, that day.
