From the episodes I've seen, it counts. Sakura doesn't have a transformation either, and CCS definitely counts. Those Sweet Phones scream "mahou shoujo!"

look the video not bad but i agree with Minion, you have good concordance but one AMV is not only one scene killing monster after another.

And as i already said this video was meant to be random
Its just soemthing fun i put together (like just about everything i do ^^) and was never intended to tell some kind of major story.

Yeah, some things could have been smoother
Some scenes that were a pain to sync well.
