Need feedback on a beta amv- Advent Children+Reveille.

The video is downloadable here. I'm at the point where I've gone over the footage too many times and need some outside feedback to help me figure out what's working and what isn't. Be as specific or big-picture in your responses as you like, I appreciate any comments you might have to offer.

Some particular things I'm wondering about, if you feel so inclined:
-I had several goals for making this video, including believable lip sync and scene choice that matched both the lyrics and the overall mood of the song for any given scene. How am I doing in those respects?
-The beginning section is one of the rougher ones; I'm trying to decide whether to hunker down again and try to smooth it all out or switch to a less ambitious beginning.
-The outro (Currently devoid of text) is meant to be a compelling contrast to the main video, but I'm worried it might just be disorienting.

pls don't take offence I decided to be brutally honnest and pick it to bits(more so than I would with any OP) I tried to go into how things were out/wrong not just telling you they were wrong, BUT I have offered you some constructive/how to fix it feedback as well (no point in just picking I say)!
All in all, although what I've said may sound harsh I think that you've made a good amv

You don't have to do an op for me maybe when my next vid is ready (grrr MEP ggggr) I'll ask if you can beta it for me and then you can pick mine to bits

Oh, crap. I'm afraid the first post of this thread is giving the link to the wrong video- another recent AMV of mine done as a rush job to help out the SR-71 MEP. The correct video link, as sloppily given in my previous post, should be here. Autraya, thanks for the feedback; it may have been for a different video than I had in mind but it was excellently done.

So is there any chance of feedback on the beta, or should I give it up as a lost cause? I am willing to do an op in exchange. Again, just in case you didn't catch it, the link in the first post is the wrong one and I'd edit it if I could.

No, not a lost cause ^_^ I'm downloading it now, and as soon as I watch it I'll let you know what I think. If you're willing, could you beta a video I just made? Makes sense, beta for beta...I'll PM you a link, along with my thoughts on this video.
