(probably a major fire somewhere in the city, can't tell. It's not a factory)

If you excuse the bend, that's the Konstantinovsky Palace where the G8 summit took place two days earlier.
Wet parking lot.
Tram car on the outskirts of the city.
A memorial marking the south-western front line of the Leningrad Siege that lasted for 900 days between 1941-1944, resulting in over a million dead, mostly civilians.
