We are currently aware of slow responsiveness from the site & forum. This is due to our new server migration efforts and the presence of an overly aggressive bot / web crawler. Both issues should be resolved soon.

Yeah, Keiko cutting her hair is when we meet Kuwabara's sister in the manga, and find out that she has psycic powers.
In the manga Keiko just suddenly has short hair after the fire bit (which was handled way differently in the anime than in the manga, makes the egg suddenly reappearing later in the series kind of a shock).
Welcome to the thread, moonlit-wolf! Boy, do I know what it's like to be the only one in a group to know about a show. (Actually, a lot of shows.

I made it into somebody's sig? (I'm not sure whether to feel honored or... not.)
What's so fangirlly about comparing differences between the manga and the anime, anyway? It's not like we're gushing over how much more screen time Kurama gets in the anime. (Which is so cool, by the way.)

I can't afford the series, either.
I borrow the manga from the library and I used to watch the series on TV.
They cut a lot out for the TV release. I got to see some uncut episodes at a convention once and I was really surprised. For one thing, there was a lot more blood. Made the fight scenes a bit more convincing.
*punch*
'Oh! I'm hit!' *pass out*
Puleeease.
I suppose I could go on about how some of the cut scenes seem to support a KuramaxBotan coupling, but that might be to 'fangirlly'.

Okay.
Say is your avvie from Bleach? Really cool show. A lot like YuYu Hakusho in someways, in fact. (Probably part of the reason I like it.
