Best way for me to make a video?

I am trying to make an Age of Empires video to post on YouTube, I need to know the best way to go about this.

I am useing HyperCam2 and Windows Movie maker and plan on making a video a little over 2 minutes long.

I have a few more things to sayand I have to post again since there is no edit butten. I have never tried to make a video ever before.

What do I set Hypercam on to get full screen capture? I have a 21 inch flat screen moniter.
