And all was good and...Wait! What happend to my audio?

I just yesterday finished a short AMV 1:12. It used all original audio. (I mixed the characters talking with one another, using different animes.) And it was all looking good. In truimph I uploaded the .wmv using a converted .mp3 (from the DVD audio) and waited. It finished uploading at about 11, so I left it till the morning.
Okay, come this morning I go to google, my account, uploaded video, and follow the link to find mine. (Now remember the audio was functioanl in: WMM, Vegas, WMP, Live on google, Google Video Player,) I went to download the .mp4, so I could enjoy it "on the go", and the instant I hit play on iTunes. *Smack.* What no audio?!

If someone could please explain to me what could cause this. I spent some time finding all the right lines and...well I'm very unhappy and dissapointed at the moment...
