Upload problem (Kero related)

I cannot connect to Kero. I have tried using Filezilla and posting the link in my web browser. I had this problem yesterday and I still have it today.

if you have any firewalls, make sure that you disable them (or turn them onto a file-sharing setting) before trying to connect to kero.

if you're behind a router you may need to use passive mode (if you can't disable the firewall). another option may be port forwarding

if your using windows firewall, make filezilla an exception.

otherwise, download the fireftp extension for firefox. that should do the trick.
