intro help

hi, i need some help with my intro. ive done one before but it was just plain text on the screen no flashiness to it, no movment.
now ive studied quite afew music videos and ive been wow'd by the intro's alone. ppl having movement for there text, layered words one under the other and offset, light gradually increasing inside a white text thats moving slowly across the screen and receding.
ive got adobe cs2, and premiere 1.5
any help with techniques on how to spice up my intro's and get things moving would be greatly appreciated. probly by not just me too as i'm sure there's more ppl out there wondering how this is done:)
