Downloading Problem

I started a Free OP thread and everything was going fine until I started work on the ones on the second page. Here I already had Shazzy's video downloaded .. but for some reason the Org doesnt recognize it and wont let me give him an opinion and when I try to download it (again) I wait for the save option to appear and It just sits there.. at the bottom of the explorer Window (I've tried Internet Explorer and FireFox) it says waiting animemusicvideos.kero (or pancake whichever server). sometimes it tries and says its opening and the page opening progress bar goes up to about 4 or 5 .. but as of yet no download. Thats happened to the other requests on that page as well. I tried downloading just a random vid.. like one that was in the "New vid on the block" and it went fine. I.. dont have a clue as to whats happening here.

I went to one of the profiles to check and see if I could download one of their other videos.. and.. It worked fine to.
