back on topic...pretty much x2 to everything JaddziaDax said.

But seeing as how many people would flock to a sighting of an old and abused (not to mention smelly) gym sock of someone famous, any amv made by someone like that (assuming that they make themselves known) would probably have the most hits/downloads in no time.

...and it would most likely suck, but [most] people's minds would be too clouded to give anything but all 10's for opinions (oh yeah...and that amv would also have the most opinions). And when someone finally comes along that gives it an honest rating, that person would be exiled heh...exiled from a group of nerds and recieve an endless ammount of hate mail for it

Yeah, i don't hold celebrities in high regards either, acting is just another job, just more people see u do it then other jobs. And there are tons of celebs that love anime, the dude that directed the Fifth Element was one, i'v heard of quite a few rappers who like anime (those black people and their ninjas) and lots of big actors lent their voices in anime dubs, though i'm not sure if that means they like anime or are just doing another job.
Also, what about "otaku celebrities"? Like VA's and stuff. Or even maybe a band or artist that was made popular through amvs (i mean lets face, MSI wouldn't be HALF as big if we hadn't taken a liking to them).
Yeah, i bet if there was one that did it would get like 20,000 hits in the first week. Though i trust people would rate it correctly and not just go "I LOVED U IN " "!!" and give all 10's.

I wonder what it would be like when different celebs made vids? would some use effects? what kinds of vids would they be? We all know oprah makes pervy comedy amv's, but i wonder what someone like phil collins would make?
