CUTEFTP3P----CANT LOG IN

I cant log into it to uplaod my video.
It either sites there for hours processing my user name and password, or it says they are inncorrect. And I tried doing it with the user name and password supllied under upload information as well.

you do not use your site username/password for uploading a video.
you are supposed to use the second username/password that you mentioned

this username/password combo is case sensitive.

knowing that, I'd like for you to try again.
If it doesn't connect, post again with the error message(s) that you see

so you are absolutely certain that your username/password combo was typed in correctly.

the next thing is the address (host). what are you typing for that?

I dont pay attention to plps Sigs.... but ok.
