well, i can't find out how to get on to the filezilla page where you logon (i already have downloaded it) then i might be able to figure the rest out.

when you downloaded it it should have been an .exe file.
you need to double click the .exe file to install filezilla

after that, just go to the place where you installed it and start it up like any other program

wait i think i got the program to work. i will say if it works after i find out what my dad put as the administrative password.

When I tried connecting to kero using my username and password, I get the message "Disconnected from Server, Unable to connect all the time." What's wrong?

you have a firewall (or a program that acts like a firewall) that is blocking your attempt to connect.

set it to a low or off setting when uploading &/or try enabling passive mode

I turned off my firewall and changed to passive mode but I still cannot connect. My internet connection is through LAN. What else can I do?
