problem with playback

the original video file plays fine, but when i go to check the uploaded file before confirming it, it stutters at the same place and time each time.
the file i'm uploading now, is a remastered version, meaning i upped the video quality for better playback.
the first time i upload the video, the test file was fine. i don't know why it's not working this time. i've tried twice now with the new file, and it did the same thing both times.

The video probably uploaded wrong. If it still happens at the same spot, your encoder might have screwed up.

on a sidenote, your signature is a little on the big side:

Forum signatures shall have no greater total dimensions than 600 pixels wide and 80 pixels high or four lines of normal-sized text (font size 12). You may have multiple images in your signature, but no single image may exceed 600 pixels in length or 40 pixels in height or be greater than 100 kb in size. Any signature exceeding these total dimensions or any single image that goes beyond the aforementioned limits may be removed or altered without warning.
