Yes, Yes, so apparently Kittie are "cool" to you, good for you, but lets keep it there shall we? Unless of course there are other bands you like...

I'm shuffling my top bands around at the moment. Psychroptic might be Number 1, saw them live last night before Cannibal Corpse, there are those moments in some tracks that just burst out and grab your attention, these guys do it almost every song. Good for them!

Trivium may take number 1 next week after their new album is released, Detonation is a decent song, after a few listens it starts out as some old school Metallica, then into some old death metal drumming and strumming, pretty decent song.

mmm Threat Signal are closing into the top 5 for this week, heavy fear factory sounding (which is always cool) and its not bad at all.

Sitting around number 9 on my list of top rock/metal bands is a little old band called The Who. There just so happened to be a band of the same name in town tonight. They rocked it hard and sounded great despite the fact that they are well into thier 50s and 60s. The son of Ringo Star was really good on the drums and Pete Townsend's brother was playing back up guitar. The crowd took way to long to warm up and at least at one point I was the loudest person in the stadium. I guess I was expecting a little too much out of 40 and 50 year olds. Too bad they weren't the same 40 and 50 year olds who lost thier minds this time last year at the Rolling Stones show. Great show, the only songs they didn't play that I wanted to hear were I can see for Miles and Miles and Magic Bus. The encored with Pinball wizard and the place was really lit up then. Next on the list is Guns and Axl Roses come december.
