Thank you for the suggestions.

JaddziaDax:

I'll show some of your stuff. But don't count on it . I will be showing mainly classics like, Kevin Caldwell's AMV's and some old school amv's. I will show some new stuff, and I will show some of my favorites as well. As for audience, they mainly see what's on that place you guys call "hosatchel," and some will be newbies.

To everyone else:

I may show your amv's, but don't count on it. I will not be showing anything that's linkin park or green day. I may show some of the stuff you suggest. But remember I have very high standards. I also want to show some stuff that really stands out as well.

Variety. Hit the top 10% list grab a couple from there, hit the recommendations section of the forum and grab a few and see if they are up to snuff (and honestly a better indicator of good vids than the top 10% list). Some drama, some action, and everyone loves comedy so you better have a few of those.

OOOH YES! I will be showing comedy. As for the other things you mentioned, I'll look into those. :)

doki doki's Stop watching anime and go outside ;p

Yea grab a few from the recomended amvs section, thats proabbly your best bet. If these are people relatively new to anime and see stuff on Adult swim and cartoon network, the stuff at the top of the top 10% should entertain them also. In particular, Whisper of the beast, and anything else Naruto.....

I'll also suggest of the top 10%: Preocupied with 1985, Real Ninjas, Do it Right, and ofcourse AMV Hell 3 (if you have the time to show it all)

To show examples of good technical merits, Naruto's Technique Beat, and Hold me Now are good ones, the 1st being excellent example of effects horing to its best, the second being the complete oposite, perfect editing and timming in a simple manner without the use of effects.

Odorikuru is a great classic one to get them excited and dancing along with it.

If you still need more crap to show, feel free to show any of mine aswell.

Oh yes, if you want to showcase also the Japanese side of things as far as MADs go, Recollection on the top 10% is a good example. Anything by Pianos will also work.

Representing the German comunity, I personally Like JCD's Spirit of the stage, and his latest Haruhi vid. Niotex also has a short Horror one made to be a trailer of a game FEAR. The video goes by the same name, also a good technical example.
