In your avisynth folder you should have a plugins folder where the file will go. I think your avisynth folder will be un Program Files.

The footage "Ghost In The Shell" & "Ghost In The Shell: Innocence" are in 25fps but im confused with the audio.
In my other amv project i used video with 24fps and changed the audio to 23.976fps, then was going to change the video framerate afterwards.
But since the dvd footage im using is 25fps, do i have to add a line in my script so it would change the video to 24fps, before i can start creating clips??

You want to keep your footage in 25fps the entire way through. So you dont convert the audio either.

Yep, thats correct.
The conversion from 23.976fps to 24 is because adobe premiere cant properly handle 23.976fps. Since your footage is 25fps though, and premiere (or any other programs i know of) don't have any trouble editing footage that is 25 fps, so there is nothing you need to convert.
