Not to mention that Geneon makes some of the highest quality releases around o_o

I just love how these sales always happen when I either have no money at all or am having to save every last penny ;_; I would get:

Fushigi Yuugi Vol. 1-8
Stellvia Vol. 2-6 (have Vol. 1)
Haibane Renmei Vol. 1-4
Jubei-chan 2 Vol. 1-3
Paranoia Agent Vol. 3-4 (have 1 & 2)
Bleack Heaven Vol. 1, 2, & 4 (have vol. 3 from some odd sale)

Total savings: $516 ($616 total)

It is a shame that some of their most recent (and best) releases are not very prevalent here (Gankutsuou and Samurai Champloo), but even still, I'm sure I could find 25 more... :-\

Hell, even if I didnt need/want the full series I'm sure I could invest $100 here and turn it into around $250-$300 on ebay :-O

Same here (probably has to do with being a student). I did buy some stuff at the boxset sale at DeepDiscountDVD, but it's stuff I would've bought anyways so why not save? I might pass this on to the 'rents though, for some early Christmas shopping

And on a side note, that picture of Batou in the sidebar is butt-ugly.

So I spent $179.99 for anime that was altogether $1191.82 at original retail. I can't really complain other than the fact that I won't be able to start watching them till I get back to the states in Janurary.

And wow I'm glad I'm finally done checking out. Seems the masses of Otaku have slammed Rightstuf's site as a result of this sale.
