numbers of banners to vote upon

I've asked myself this over and over, but everytime I forgot to ask somebody.
I first thought about mailing you guys about it, but maybe other people are curious about this too.

my question: Why can you only vote upon 10 banners at a time untill they collected 151 votes?
Wouldn't it be less stressfull for the people who make banners, to put 15 or 20 banners op to vote?
Then they don't have to wait so long, because the voting isn't very fast.. atleast, not at a time I know.

You may think "Sigh.. banners aren't important, don't be such a nag!"
But it's just a question.

mabey because they know people probly wouldnt want to take the time to vote on 20 diff banners from one person then another couple 20 from other people

i think 10 is a fairly good round number, i bet if people had to look at more then they would be overloaded with too much to look at O.o
perhaps a mod will come by and answer for you?

Really, ten is a fairly arbitrary number, but there had to be a set number and it was going to be arbitrary. Ten is nice size. It prevents the voters from being overwhelmed with too many banners at once, while still getting a decent number voted on at once.

If the number of banners on that page were to exceed 10, the suction created from those banners would be an unacceptably severe public health hazard.

pretty much something i learned in merchandising for a store... if something comes across from being too cluttered then people wont bother to look..


its too much stuff to look at, theres too much there so most people will just zone out... so yea i suppose looking at hinata's banner page has kinda the same effect...

I like it at 10, if you had 50 banners to sift through it would be less than...enjoyable to vote on them.
