i need an expert. read my problme inside! please help!

okay here it is. i have read guides after guides and still don't understand. I am a visiuallearner, and reading about how to make amvs is extremely hard for me. i need to know in very extreme detail what programs to look at, what i need for certain jobs and how i do all of this. if sumbody out there thinks they might be able to help me, can you please PM me?

i need to know in detail how to:
turn VOB files into useable files so i can use my dvd splitter/cutter.
i need to know which programs do these jobs, and where i can find them.
The programs need to work with the vob files from DvD decryper.
the splitter i use, is called Honestech Easy Video Editor 2.0.
if you know of a better, and pretty cheap or free program that is better for the whole cutting thing, please let me know.
also, i use, WMM, or windows movie maker, and the clips need to work in that. if they wont work, will iMovie be a better program to use?

I'm a visual learner too, but there's a difference between visual learning and requiring EVERYTHING IN STEP BY STEP DETAIL WITH A MILLION SCREENSHOTS DECORATED WITH BRIGHT RED ARROWS. That's just being too lazy to concentrate. Take a look at the guides and ask a specific question about a part of the guide you don't understand so we can help.

ZarXrax. Pay him money and he'll sit on skype and talk you through the whole thing. Or, you could do it the free (reccomended) way, which is to go through the guides, or get some one on IM to help you out.
