I dont know where do post this,but I'm going to try lip syncing. Any tips I should know?

Not everything you lipsynch has to be visibly synched (ie. the 'camera' doesn't always have to be on the speaker's mouth).

have lots of spare time ready, don't settle for half assed lipwork. pronounce the words yourself and try to match the movement, it's corny but it works.

But yeah the main thing is to have lots of time to edit while lip syncing cause it takes a while.

oh yeah one more thing sorry for double post, easiest thing to do is to find clips without any movement except the mouth moving. Otherwise you will be doing layovers which takes even longer :/

or just do it all in photoshop if it's a cheap prodution anime with no jaw movements

I'm thinking more about using reaction shots and parts where the speaker's back is turned and still having it look naturally shot, not ducking out of some extra lipsynch editing by cutting to other things.

Here's an example of the kind of thing I'm thinking about. I'm not a big fan of videos where most of the lipsynch comes from timed lipflap in otherwise static video. It gets boring after a while and it looks artificial.
