Looking for a certain old DBZ video

Yeah, before you give me trouble about the request, it's actually a good video.

It's called Cell's Challenge (could be Cells Challenge) and has a japanese song in the background with male vocals. (Or at least the video's name was Cell's Challenge - the in video title may have been different, but I dont think so.)I BELIEVE (but I am not positive) it is made by a group calling themselves "Orange Star High School." The vid is rather old - at least 3 years, possibly double that.

Of course I have googled and so forth. It isn't probobly on AMV because it is rather old.

Well, let me know if you have heard of it or have it and can share it with me I have been looking for this for a very very long time.

I did some more research and found a reference in the Ginga GIRI GIRI music video archives to the video:

And then looking up kenshinofdeath, found the video!... except it isn't downloadable.

The song in the background is Yume De Aru Youni by Tales of Destiny(perhaps it's in the game? never played it, so I wouldn't know)
Anyway, any information on how to get this video would be appreciated.
