Please be quiet, I totally doubt it'll be ruined. The company is Geonon, NOT 4kids. Geonon has made some real good releases.
As for the dub, can't wait. I really hope that Saber will have a british accent, it would totally fit saber.
When its avialible on preorder, I will be one of the first to preorder!

Maybe I'm just spoiled after enjoying the depth given to monster, but, c'mon. That was even worse than Tsukihime. Even if you ignore the whole array of undeveloped characters, what about the general plot? The background story? What's this association? What's the point of the Holy Grail War in the first place? Are they working towards their own goal? Wasn't it them who created it in the first place? Why? Run out of Survivor episodes to make? What about the world of magicians in the first place, and the three families lead by the.... eizn? family? And why german? Was it at least the german of many years ago, or was it more modern stuff you'd find a guy in Berlin speaking? How about latin? Sounds much more moving when spoken correctly. Who the hell let the voice for archer speak english. Is there really no stupid american they can pay to speak just those parts? Or some other native english speaker so that it doesn't sound out of place? One who can orrate and really move someone would be nice, but hell, just proper pronounciation wouldn't kill them. If they had a budget to blow on fight scenes, why not develop the characters a little better with an extra episode and cut back on wasted time and money on fight scenes. If you have an opponent to kill, then kill. Strike without hesitation.
If I can avoid it, I think I'll try to avoid eclipse subbing, their choice of words I felt killed/distorted the intended emotion of the scene. Or just lack of putting a word there. Unless of course those words were actually in the japanese, in which case who let the people write the script.
I blame Monster. Some of the best story telling I've seen in any medium from any time period.

First thing you have to realize that this is probably a casualty when creating an anime series from a PC game. Where as the PC game has multiple endings, the anime producers has to choose one ending to make a complete story. For the Fate/stay night anime series, they chose to follow the Fate path which concentrates mostly on Saber. If you want more of the story with other characters like Rin and Sakura, take up Japanese, save up a couple bucks, and buy the game.

Ohhh, here's something interesting. The following designs shown were prototypes meaning these what Fate/stay night
could have been in the very beginning.
That could have been Saber.....
...and that could have been "Shiro". Imagine if they didn't switch genders!

Like angelx03 said, this is one of the casualties of making an anime series from the game, since they can only do one ending of multiple game endings. However, it's also their choice of ending that left confusion as well; if they had done the "Heaven's Feel" ending, then most of it would have been explained and it would have been ALOT less confusing. Also, they added pieces from the other stories into the Fate story which only confused the watchers even more. Scenes such as Archer fighting Berserker and Archer's Noble Phantasm, Unlimited Blade Works, were not shown. The small Caster arc was not shown as well, it was much shorter and less confusing in the game. Them using German as a "spell language" is not uncommon, it is used in many anime. For my last point, I think it was best that they used Archer's voiceactor for his English parts; it would have sounded very odd if they had used a different voice actor, and that is probably some of the best English I've heard a Japan native speak.

Good for the Christmas season though!
