TMPGEnc Issue - Odd Blue Line?

TMPGEnc Issue - Odd Blue Line?
I've finally reached the end of a video project and put it into Mpeg-2 format to be sent off to AWA (yes, I know, I procrastinate way too much)... I've finally reached a quality setting that looks good. Unfortunately, no matter what setting I use, it seems to be placing an odd blue line on the right side of the screen. This wasn't visible as an avi, and it's extremely distracting considering the rest of the AMV is in black and white. Could someone offer any suggestions?
