Before anyone starting blasting this show for being ridiculously loli and pseudo-incestual, well you're partially right. The synopsis however is actually solid. Basically a guy named Haruma Kawagoe wished to Santa Claus that he wanted a sister. The reason is that when he was little, his mom was supposed to bear his future sister, but unfortunetly she got a miscarriage. 
Couple years later, a rather "disgruntled", female Santa arrived to delivered Haruma's present. And you can guess what that was.
Overall, the first episode was really sweet, and the loli fanservice wasn't overdone (thank you Shakugan no Shana for making me somewhat immune to it
). I find it really cute for Choco to keep referring to her little handbook when she's about to do stuff. The OP and ED sequences were...umm....yeah......

I had read a bit of the manga for this and found it kinda interesting, but never did get past the first chapter, I think I couldn't find it again or something. So of course I checked this out once I heard it had finally been animated. As mentioned already its pretty cute, not overly done on the loli fanservice (though for some ungoddly reason she thought her "ni-san" would enjoy seeing her make breakfast naked in an apron in the second episode...
) so far tough, the series is not taking a direction towards incest, they really act like brother and sister, and I don't think it'll change.
Anyway, its a good series to watch if your in the mood for something light and cheery with a extra large cuteness, and some sweetness on the side.
