AWA Fanfiction Panel

I have been asked to host the fanfiction panel for this year's AWA and need to find some panelists. I admit I'm mostly looking for anime fanfiction authors (this is an anime convention), although I will seriously consider all applicants, since many of the more general fanfiction questions are applicable across genres. I'm afraid I can't offer much in the ways of perks (unless you are also willing to staff), but the room is always packed and so for the two hour block at least you might feel like a celebrity.

The hard and fast requirements are that you are a fanfiction author with sample material for me to read. If you are selected, PLEASE SHOW UP. Last year was a disaster because not one of the panelists aside from me (and I wasn't even the moderator that year, he was working to bring you your VAT and could not show up either) came, and I had to cater to a packed panel room for two hours by myself. Not fun. I need about three or four people besides myself, and I'm willing to designate alternates in case one of the panelists decides they cannot make it.

Please help keep the spotlight a little wider this year and apply! Not at all related to AMVs, but... Hopefully ontopic.

I've never been to a fanfiction panel, so I'm not sure what questions would be asked of me... but i've written a few and have read a ton.

I suppose I could sit on said panel.

Once AWA has a schedule up for the convention I'll let you know for sure if I can help out with it or not. I have been writing some of my own stories. So I just have to find them again and start typing them up. I have 5 stories of the first season written up so far and have more plans for the second season.

That reminds me I haven't worked on my stories in over a year. AMV's have been eating up most of my time recently.
