Ten Days to AWA 12 Expo and SAST contest deadlines!

Well, I guess it's only a matter of days untill I finish my LA Video and since the Expo accepts multiple entries and LA I'll send it in as well.

OK, short version; major foul-ups in the disc compillation process required re-mastering all three discs right before they started getting burned for mailing. Disc 1 is totally fixed and burning, Disc 2 is being fixed tonight, and Disc 3 (knock on wood) has a fairly simple problem with it that should be fixed quickly. With luck, they're all going out on Tuesday.

Y'all deserve answers, I just didn't have any until this evening. The major difficulty in trying to organize things across state lines...

Thanks for the information. Now I wonder what it means when my video says 'pending' for the Pro contest.

I have my DVD of videos for Expo sending out in the mail today as well.

man this is fustrating got another not_playable status on pro(hope thats wrong hate to not be on the dvds), he's hopeing nothing happens with expo. Good luck all.

hmmmmm... maby i should start a few vids so i have something new for expo... nah, i think i might just make a few crappy vids for SAS... and maby a few Linkin Ball Z Vids for Expo... (hybrid theory.. here i come... again....)

Ladies and gents we are coming down to the wire for Expo and SAST! Everyone needs to start getting those FTP requests in pronto before the deadline! The earlier you get those submissions to us the better, as things always tend to bottleneck right around the final deadline and anything that might relieve some of that last minute traffic would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, and before I forget (again), if you are entering expo, even if you are mailing your entries in instead of using the ftp site, please create an account on the ftp site and put your video's information in (just don't request an ftp upload). We're using that site to index all our video data this year, and if y'all uniformly entered it there, it would simplify things greatly. It actually is in the rules, but it's an easy request to miss.
