I only have one, Samurai 7. I was on the edge of my seat, the 3 of the 7 samurai had already died, only 4 left. My favorite one, fought with everything he had, and went out like a man, only to be incinerated. sad.gif Only 3 of them survived, more or less their mission of the series was accomplished, but with a large price. I get rather annoyed at some ending in anime, none of the main characters ever seem to die, while you do want that, it still makes it memorable. The bitter sweet ones are the ones that make you remember them. Yeah, that was my favorite finale.

Gungrave and SamuraiX reflections always get to me. I'm not gonna say they're the best endings of an anime, but I think those have had the biggest emotional impact on me by far.
