It's funny though, because according to that TOS it seems like actually using it at all is a violation of the TOS.

You want hosting. Make a gory or hentai video and if I like it or feel like being nice I just might host it. If not then just use the orgs hosting.

I have a game play based music video I can't host here... But I won't be able to host it there either anyway lol. It's not ready...

phpnet.us , is a php / mysql host , and as such can host advanced
websites / blogs / cms's .

phpnet.us , is also advert free , the TOS is a TOs used by the group on
bannered hosts also .

Well, these guys appearently don't have any problem if you (say) store your file as a giant BLOB in a MySQL table, so...
