Rules for WMM should be something like, it has to be in high quality AVI render. No WMV. After all, you can get AVI files from WMM, they'll just be hella big.

After that, just send it through another program and recompress. That's what I did on my last AMVs of WMM. (Although I didn't choose the right programs, the process will still work)

You should also add something about the fact that you can decided not to use a clip submitted for any reason. It's your mep you've started, therefore you get the final say on what goes. If people enter a clip that doesn't make it, too bad. That is the risk of putting your stuff out there.

Sorry, it's a pet peeve of mine when people type English words with a Japanese font.
