Also I thought it would look nice if you could get the text to like flow with the transition, like have it slide away with the blue portion or fade out. It just looks a little strange there after the background goes

I'm cool with it.

One concern I have is with the transition. I was watching it and a thought came to me, hearing that little jingle every time a new video started would get annoying after a while, and besides, didn't the stage music play during the transitions in Sonic 2? Why not have each editor add a few seconds of audio at the beginning of their clip or just edit filler that will be masked by the transition. Just a thought.

And one other thing is the format of the transition. It dosen't read well with all the text hollowed out. Besides, it dosen't look much like the orginal as seen below. (Sorry for poor quality, I had to use a digital camera to take both pics). Once again, just my personal opinion.

to make up for raping sonic 2 by using Sailor Moon... i think i want in.. under 1 condition.. i want the Strip mine remix, there is already a mystic cave remix, and thats cool, but i wanna use various anime... if you got a problem with the song or the animes lemme know... also, should we try to include the video game? (pm me with some more info, i cant get on the forums very often, so i try to keep up however i can)

I honestly don't know how I could include Phantasy Star 4 with mine as I never really planned it to be in an MEP, it's a drama. But that's what I said before entering so we'll see how it'd fit in. But I just don't see slow, lumbering drama peices in meps often, most times mep peices are actioney fun. *shrug* but we'll see.

I'm not sure if I can get the text to look exactly the original Sonic 2 screen, but I'll see what I can do. And I'll use that suggestion of adding a few seconds of the song during transition.

As long as it represents the sega project, it doesn't matter if it seems to drama like or whatever. It's better to have a mix of certain moods. Mine is meant to have a horrer tune to it with some comedy. Have fun with it.

I'm not saying perfect, just make it more readable. I included the screenshots to display that. But the hollow white on blue seems like it will hurt the eyes after seeing it about four times, especially if there is a decent amount of text on it. Once again, just my opinion. You are the head honcho here and I'll go with whatever you decide.

As per an update, I'm ripping my DVDs tonight and maybe up until tues or wed, depending on my work schedule. I should start editing either by the end of this week, or beginning of next week.
