Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Hey....uhh.... suppose this is where I put this.....

Anime: End of Evangelion
Song: Falling Sparrow by Masterplan

^_^; Just figured I'd announce it.... since not many people search for Masterplan songs, and Eva has litterally billions of videos already.

No, Eva has literally thousands of videos. :P Sorry, pet peeve there.

This was better than I thought it would be, but there are a couple of things that drag it down. The listing of the angels at the beginning comes across as fillerish, and the visual quality is on the poor side (also, your aspect ratio is wrong). Overall, though, the synch and pacing are pretty good. Have you considered getting a better program for editing, or are you satisfied with what you can do in WMM?

Couple of specifics -- having Fuyutski sing down the phone is out of place and spoils the mood, and the on-screen text is far too hard to read sometimes. Maybe it would have worked better with the full-screen white-on-black text that Death has.

I'm not sure what to make of the text. Most of it is basically unreadable. I also think you overplayed the strobe effect. Right around the four minute mark, I noticed quite a bit of highly pixelated flashes. Not sure what to make of those either. Yes, there's the aspect ratio issue as well.

I get the feeling that there's an overarching concept to this video and I've just missed on a casual perusal. I'll need to give this one a careful reviewing when I have the time to give it my full attention.

Well, I intentionally made the text hard to read to force rewatching it XD

I don't really know what you meant by Aspect Ratio >.>;.... the highly pixelated flashes was something that came up after the video was finished. I don't know why... the original wasn't messed up. And really, no deep meaning. I heard the lyrics "Angel Catch Me" and then watched End again.... and a lightbulb blinked.

I'd really like to get better tools to work with.... but I'm poor as dust, since I'm heading to college soon. So I'll just have to stick to WMM for now.
