How about Making a Backround for the site. Kind of like a banner but bigger.

Must include:
Site logo and the words " animemusicvideos.org "
Proper Grammer - Perfect spelling
Size: 1024x768
Type: Jpeg or - Gif
Limit(s): No limit to how many you can enter
Restrictions: Nudity NOT ALLOWED NO Foul languge! NO Racism
Rules: Have fun!

I think this would probably go under site feedback. It would be interesting to have an interesting backround though.

so look past that (only white if it makes it look good)

If the best you can do is copy-paste random art onto a background with the 'Org logo in the corner, don't bother.
